Chef Aurélia Grall invites you to taste the cuisine in her Hühnelmühle restaurant. There, you will enjoy seasonal food, freshly made using products sourced from the farmers’ market. From a table on our sunny terrace, you will have an amazing view of the fields, ponds and mountains in the distance. Our signature dish is the fried carp. In summer, you can also relax and have a beer in the wonderful surroundings of our beer garden. After time spent working in some famous restaurants: the Beau Site in Rocamadour, the Provence Bistro in Winnipeg (Canada), the Ramstein in Scherwiller, the Maison Kammerzell in Strasbourg, the Haras in Strasbourg, the Auberge de l’Ill in Illhauesern and the Coi in San Francisco, Aurélia decided to realise her dream of opening her own restaurant. When she visited Hühnelmühle in the town of Scherwiller she was spellbound by the restaurant overlooked by the castles of Ortenbourg and Ramstein.
